Refining Polish for Extra-Soft Asian Clear Coats

Description

V20 is a refining-stage polish formulated specifically for Asian and other extra-soft automotive clear coats.

It removes P2000–P2500 sanding marks, comparable scratches, micro-scratches, and haze or marks left by the heavy-cutting stage. It produces a refined, high-gloss finish before final polishing or protection.

Recommended surfaces

• Clear-coated automotive paint

• Chrome surfaces

• Painted wheels

• Compatible painted piano-black surfaces

Do not use on unpainted plastic or plastic piano-black trim.

Directions

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly.

2. Clean and decontaminate the surface.

3. Apply enough product to work an area approximately 50 × 50 cm.

4. Use a medium/refining foam pad.

5. Polish with overlapping crosshatch passes using moderate pressure.

6. Continue until the product forms a thin film and the desired gloss is achieved.

7. Remove residue with a clean microfiber towel.

8. Inspect and repeat if necessary.

Machine and pad guidance

The general directions mention a broader rotary range of 800–1,600 RPM, while the technical section recommends 1,000–1,200 RPM.

Restrictions

Do not use on:

• Hard clear coats

• Unpainted plastic

• Plastic piano-black trim

• Leather

• Glass

V20 does not provide UV protection. On repainted panels, wait at least 30 days after painting before use.
