Finishing Polish for Soft Asian Clear Coats

Description

V30 is a finishing polish developed specifically for Asian and other soft automotive clear coats.

It removes holograms, light swirl marks, and superficial defects during the final polishing stage while producing an intense, deep gloss and highly refined finish.

Recommended surfaces

• Clear-coated automotive paint

• Chrome surfaces

• Painted wheels

• Compatible painted piano-black surfaces

Do not apply to unpainted plastic or plastic piano-black trim.

Directions

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly.

2. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cool.

3. Place a small amount onto the selected finishing pad.

4. With the machine switched off, spread the product over the working area to prevent splatter.

5. Polish with overlapping crosshatch passes using light pressure.

6. Continue until the product forms a thin, transparent film and the desired gloss is achieved.

7. Remove residue with a clean microfiber towel if necessary.

Machine and pad guidance

The general directions provide broader ranges of 800–1,200 RPM for rotary machines and 2,000–4,000 OPM for dual-action polishers. The technical section lists the more specific settings shown above.

Restrictions

Do not use on:

• Unpainted plastic

• Plastic piano-black trim

• Leather

• Glass

V30 is intended for soft clear coats; test a small area before using it on harder paint systems.
