4-in-1 Polish for Soft Asian Clear Coats

Description

V40 is an all-in-one polishing compound formulated for Asian and other soft automotive clear coats.

By changing the polishing pad, the same compound can be used for cutting, refining, and finishing. Its carnauba-containing formula also leaves behind light paint protection.

Recommended surfaces

Directions

  1. Shake the bottle thoroughly.

  2. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cool.

  3. Select the appropriate pad for the required correction stage.

  4. Apply enough product to work an area no larger than approximately 50 × 50 cm.

  5. Polish using moderate pressure and overlapping crosshatch passes.

  6. Continue until the product forms a thin, transparent film and the desired result is achieved.

  7. Remove residue with a clean microfiber towel.

  8. Repeat if necessary.

The correction level changes primarily according to the pad selected.

Adjust the speed, pad, and pressure according to the polishing stage and paint condition.

Protection and follow-up

V40 provides only light carnauba protection; it is not a dedicated wax. Vonixx recommends adding a wax or sealant after polishing:

  • Dark or vibrant paint: V80 or Native Black Paste Wax

  • Light or softer colors: Blend Paste Wax or Native Paste Wax

Restrictions

  • Do not use in direct sunlight.

  • Do not apply to hot surfaces.

  • Avoid contact with unpainted plastic, leather, and glass.

  • If accidental contact occurs, wipe the area immediately with a clean microfiber towel.
